Proportional Valves Test Bench

The hydraulic trainer has been designed using high-tech hydraulic components presently employed in industrial automation. The correct implementation of electronics has enabled considerable flexibility of the system with the possibility to control and adjust the hydraulic quantities automatically and continuously.

The Proportional Valves Test Bench trainer allows to:

• Measure the characteristics of proportional pressure, flow and direction valves
• Study the behavior of hydraulic circuits with varying hydraulic parameters and load conditions
• Simulate machine cycles by setting the parameters and with the possibility of adjustment and control under static and dynamic conditions.

The control board contains all the reading points for the main signals and the adjustment and calibration points of the proportional valves under static and dynamic conditions.
