This board allows the study of RAM memories and circuits using RAMs for storing logic information and for data transfer to a BUS.

The board is composed of:

• 4 + 4 buffers with three state output
• 8 bit latch register (type D)
• 4 to 10 line decoder
• RAM 1024 x 4
• Hexadecimal keypad
• Coder for hexadecimal keypad
• 8 bit digital to analogue converter
• 8 bit analogue to Âdigital converter
• Multiturn potentiometer for generating voltages between 0 and 10V
