Automotive Air Conditioning Trainer a complete vehicle air conditioning system mounted on a stainless steel frame and fitted with standard manifold gauge connections.

The unit consists of :- An Electric Motor nominal 1500rpm with overload cut out; Five cylinder belt driven automotive compressor;  Air cooled condenser and fan with 12v dc motor; Evaporator fitted with three speed 12 dc fan and Thermostatic Expansion Valve; Electronic thermostat, adjustable for temperature control; Transformer to provide 12v automotive control circuit; Electrical control box with key locked emergency of button, on  off switch, ignition key  and residual current device; Four switch controlled  fault conditions, including :- Blocked Thermostatic Expansion valve; Blocked drier; Compressor Fault; Poor condensing

1. Electric Motor nominal 1500rpm with overload cut out.
2. Five cylinder open type compressor with duty of up to 7.5 Kw at maximum rated speed.
3. Air cooled condenser and fan with 12v dc motor.
4. Evaporator fitted with three speed 12 dc fan and Thermostatic Expansion Valve.
5. Electronic thermostat, adjustable for temperature control.
6. Transformer to provide 12v automotive control circuit.
7. Electrical control box with key locked emergency of button, on  off switch, ignition key  and residual current device.
8. Four switch controlled  fault conditions:

• Blocked Thermostatic Expansion valve
• Blocked drier
• Compressor Fault
• Poor condensing
